Health & Hunger Solutions for Brazoria County

At Health and Hunger Solutions for Brazoria County, we see the value in coming together as a community to find sustainable solutions to hunger. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2019, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our coalition upon: support, empowerment, and progress.

Vision Statement: Leading a collaborative effort creating access to innovative and sustainable solutions for a healthy and hunger-free community.

Strategy Statement: To create a healthy and hunger-free community by eliminating barriers that lead to food insecurity and poverty.

Coalition Goals: To bring stakeholders together and share concerns about food insecurity in the community, brainstorm ideas for making an impact together, and presenting the ideas of creating a hunger-free community coalition to residents of Brazoria County.
