Mission: United to end hunger in McLennan County. About: MCHC collaborates with local pantries, businesses, congregations, food producers and individuals to provide food security for all citizens in Waco, Texas, and throughout McLennan County.

Established: 2000
Geographic Focus: McLennan County, TX
Leadership Structure: The Board of Directors meets separately from the coalition to provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to the coalition. The coalition is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization. (Two-tiered Leadership Structure)
Coalition Coordinator: Formal - AmeriCorps VISTA Coordination + Unfunded Coordination by Leadership (Board of Directors)
