The Abilene Hunger Coalition was created in 2018 as a group of communities to collaborate together to fight hunger in Abilene, Texas.

Established: 2018
Geographic Focus: Taylor County and the 13-surrounding counties
Leadership Structure: Integrated, shared leadership - facilitation rotates between the representatives of member organizations to provide guidance, support, and strategic direction during coalition meetings. (Integrated Leadership Structure)
Coalition Coordinator: Informal - Unfunded Coordination by Leadership
